Proceedings and Publications

This is the 8th edition of the "Applications of Magnetic Resonance in Food Science" conference series which started more than 14 years ago and is organised as a biennial event.

This prestigious event attracts an wide international audience of Food Science and Magnetic Resonance professionals from academia and industry.

The conference proceedings will be published in a hardcover book by the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK) and distributed to all participants. Keynote speakers and selected oral presentations are invited and encouraged to contribute to the proceedings book.

Contributions, not exceeding 8 camera-ready pages (10 pages for invited speakers), should be submitted to the conference secretariat electronically on a disc or by e-mail (please use as subject to the email: "Name of First Author, Proceedings") no later than at the conference (16th-19th July).

Publication of Posters On-line

The Organisers intend to publish Poster presented at the conference on the conference website in order to maximise their exposure to a wide audience beyond the duration of the conference.
Contributions must be sent in MS PowerPoint or a High Resolution PDF formats to the Conference Secretariat (nmr2006@gmail.com) no later than the 24th July 2006.
Please use as subject to the email: "Name of First Author, Poster Publication".
